If you like to use the computer as a interface it is possible. (Rtty Psk CW etc etc)
1: Make a interface or buy one like microham with the wires set up for the transiever.
2: Set in the setup menu Data 1 on Acc only. Check your manual where to find this.
3: Click all ok and leave the menu.
4: Put it on the mode you want and then press data for one second (example lsb-d1)
5: Set your audio output and it must work for 100%
Some comment about the rig Plus and Minus of the IC7700
Plus
- Good Audio performance
- Signal behaviour is perfect good work they have done on the Digital S meter. Very solid
- Audio great feature to be moderated on RX and TX
- Better recieving point then the FT1000D i make some equals and tests.
- Auto notch very good and gets all the grap out
- Digi-sel works great
Minus
- The digtal end of the radio and power supply picks up net spykes.. but with the NB they are almost gone.
- Mic is not included ( brrrrr hihi)
- The audio on the monitor is not the same as on the end of the output. So you have to make some ajustments with another reciever.

Hi all
Just been serving and saw the reviews from the IC7700. I have been able to play with the radio but didn’t buy it. If you want to see the reviews for yourself just check and see what this rig does. Also the 9000 serie is tested in this review. LINK
